a/ These general conditions of sale apply to all sales made through the gbc-containers.co.uk website.
b/ They apply to customers and deliveries in Europe and Latin America:
c/ The fact that the customer places an order on the site https://gbc-containers.co.uk/ implies his unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale displayed on this screen and expressly declares that he/she accepts them without reservation.

2. ORDER
a/ The order is placed by filling in clearly, completely and accurately the mandatory fields of the online order form, having read and accepted our general conditions of sale, and after having completed the payment procedure.
b/ The sales contract is carried out by the dispatch or collection of the goods from the customer.
c/ contenedoresanva.com undertakes to fulfil orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. In the event of temporary or permanent unavailability of the product, contenedoresanva.com undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to offer them a new delivery date, or an equivalent item, or to cancel their order and reimburse any sums already paid, no compensation can be claimed.
3. PRICE
a/ Prices are indicated in euros. They are deemed to include all taxes, except for shipping and processing costs.
b/ We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but we undertake to apply the price in force which was communicated to you at the time of your order.
4. DELIVERY-COLLECTION
a/ Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address indicated when placing the order.
The customer may also collect the equipment directly from our shop during opening hours.
In this case, the delivery costs indicated on the order will be reimbursed.
b/ For information purposes only, delivery times are one week. Unless otherwise specified when placing the order, the maximum delivery time is 15 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
c/ The fixed contribution to the shipping costs is specified at the time of the order on the online form.
d/ Cases of force majeure, administrative decisions, delivery difficulties on the part of the manufacturer or economic disturbances authorise us to extend the delivery period. In this case, we undertake to notify our customers of delivery delays.
e/ The risks are transferred to the customer as soon as the goods are dispatched from our warehouse (or that of our supplier in the case of direct delivery), however, if the goods arrive damaged, the customer has the option to refuse delivery or to make reservations, confirmed by e-mail within 48 hours with the carrier.
5. ORDER FULFILMENT CHECKS
The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the products delivered and the correct receipt of the instructions for use. He has a period of three working days from delivery to make a complaint to the company GBC CONTAINERS by email info@gbc-containers.co.uk or post, for non-conformity or defect of the products delivered. After this period, the products will be considered to be in conformity and free of any defect.
With regard to the receipt of packages, the customer is advised to check the apparent condition of the products at the time of delivery, and the correct receipt of the instructions for use.

6. PAYMENT

- By cheque: The cheque must be made payable to GBC CONTAINERS, and sent to the same. A copy of valid proof of identity of the cheque holder must be attached to the cheque. Payment by cheque will only be validated after the expiry of a period of 10 working days from the day following the day on which the cheque is actually cashed. The order will be dispatched only after validation of the cheque cashing.
6.1 IMPAYMENT
Any amount including taxes not paid on the due date shall give rise to the payment by the client of penalties fixed at the rate of 10%. However, this rate may not be less than three times the legal interest rate. This default interest shall accrue automatically and automatically, without any formalities or prior notice. 11. WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
