Exchanges / Returns / Replacements
If you are within the 60 day return period we offer you 3 options:
1. Exchange your item for another size/colour.
Exchanges are only available for the same style, size and/or colour. Exchanging a different product is strictly prohibited. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.
2. Refund details and vouchers
By default, the refund method is a credit note.
If you wish to receive a refund on the payment method used during your purchase, you must notify us by email.
Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to a manufacturing defect do not incur additional charges.
Charges will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded.
Only the final price paid (after any reductions) will be refunded.
Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.
3. Replacement of an incorrect or defective item
We are very sorry!
Please email us at info@gbc-containers.co.uk with the following details:
1. Your order number
2. The description of the problem (e.g. incorrect/defective item)
3. A photo or video
How long does it take to get a refund?
Generally, refunds can take up to 5 days to process. All refunds must be checked for authenticity and sent to our accounting department for processing.
How to return an item?
Each order delivered is accompanied by a return form.
Please complete this form as accurately as possible and send your item together with this form to the return address we will send you by email.

Delivery :
The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return an item. If you receive an item, it will be the amount you paid. If you notify us that you want a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product.
If you want an exchange: depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 30 days to reach you.

If you ship items worth more than 10 000 €, we strongly suggest that you send us an email to info@gbc-containers.co.uk with a tracking number.
